This is an excellent way of releasing pent-up and suppressed energy, known as anger. The following exercise allows brings flow to the liver gallbladder and lungs.

Exercise:
This needs to be in a space or place where you are alone and will not disturb your neighbours.
Make a fist with your fingers and bring them in front of your chest, with your elbows out, without touching the fists together and begin to clench them tight, making sure the tension moves up through your arms, your torso and legs, so the whole body tenses. When you can no longer hold it, drop all tension, opening the arms, fist and fingers forward whilst shouting as loud as you can, ‘Yah!’
